The magazines produced by ESPN range from a variety of sports including the professional and college leagues.

Sports Illustrated magazine's target audience is young, successful men with an average of 3 million readers. Created in 1954, this particular magazine's purpose is to transform how spectator sports fit into American culture, provide outstanding journalism, and to offer a viewpoint on the sports industry that is incomparable.
Founded in 1950, Golf Digest covers men and women professional golf with about 19 million readers through the world. The target audience of the magazines produced is adult golfers. This magazine is published monthly going through competitive men and women golf. The purpose of Golf Digest is to inspire people that are interested in golf and to help them become one and enjoy it.

The magazine "The Sporting News" has been around for many years. The first issue date was in 1886, and only grew from there. This is the oldest sports magazine and it is still around to this day. For many years, the magazine was printed, but as the digital age is growing the company switched to online articles. In the magazines there are many different sports that the authors talk about. They keep up to date about every type of sport and have weekly articles keeping people up to date about their favorite sports. The audience of the magazine is made up of mostly males. 69.25% of males on average read the sporting news and 30.75% of females read the sporting news. The magazine attracts people towards the age of 25-35.


Fitness is a women's magazine, focusing on giving men and women the best tips to stay healthy and have better exercise habits and better ways to put right for you foods in your body. The magazine is owned and published by Meredith Dotdash. Fitness had its first published paper magazine in 1992. From there the editor-in-chief launched an online website, that had the magazine on there and also videos to give their readers another resource to find the best tips on fitness. This website included different types of workout videos and healthy nutrition tips This magazine is women based so their articles are base on ways to keep fit, but it also writes about men and the best ways for them to get fit. The magazine is targeted towards women but the magazine find itself read more by men. It is a close percentage because 40% of males read the magazine and 34% of females read the magazine.


Runner's world is a magazine that is all about running. It had its first published paperback magazine in 1966. The magazine was not originally called Runner's world but is was called "Distance Running News." The writers of the magazine wants to speak all the runners out there. Their main goal is to help and further people's goals in running. The articles are speaking to everyone out there and the goal of the magazine is to write about every aspect of running or trying to get new runners motivated and get the best training and the best tips. This magazine is aimed to target all types of runners, not depending of their gender, but males are the ones that read this magazine the most. It is only by 10% but only 22% of females read this magazine and and 33% of males read Runner's World.
